In vitro distribution of a chemical dictates the difference between the nominal test concentration and the actual bioavailable chemical concentration that causes any observed effects. If next generation risk assessment can rely on in vitro bioactivity assay data, a quantitative understanding of in vitro distribution is needed. Meredith Scherer will be presenting a poster at the Society of Toxicology (SOT) Annual Meeting on evaluating models for predicting chemical-specific distribution using data curated from the literature.“Evaluating in vitro distribution models”Abstract 4339 / Poster Board P123Wednesday, March 13, 2:15 PM to 4:15 PMwith Katie Paul Friedman, John Wambaugh#2024sot #eparesearch #chemicalsafety #expocast #ngra #ivive
