“Went in for lunch. Service was fine for a weekday lunch. Chowder was good and I got a butternut and Brussels pizza that was delicious and a generous serving. Our lunch mate got a massive serving of mussels Diablo. The check was very modest at the end too for 3 people. But nothing super note worthy.“

“This restaurant never fails to disappoint they are by far the best restaurant in West Springfield and they make you feel the most welcome too. B Napoli has Phenomenal margaritas, a relaxing upscale atmosphere, friendly staff and incredible Italian cuisine that melts right in your mouth each bite. The service here was above and beyond I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Cannot wait to be back again. Recommendations: Get the spicy strawberry margarita if you come it's made the “right” way with no mixes and a fresh house made strawberry puree that's to die for, you will never wanna get a margarita anywhere else around here after enjoying one here.“

“This is one of my favorite restaurants! The food and staff is perfect. The ambiance has been really improved also. We take our family of two young boys, my wife and I fairly regularly. I enjoy the kebab plates, my young boys love the burgers and lahmacun. I've enjoyed almost everything on the menu, my favorites are the salmon kebab, the mixed grill, grape leaves, hyadari and pretty much all of the desserts! I love the baklava and Kunefe! There is nothing bad on the menu, the people are great and it is clean and well kept! Don't forget to get some tea or coffee! Saturdays can be really busy.“

“This place has awesome sushi! Annaisewas such a sweet young lady who took our order. We had such a nice interaction with her. She needs a raise! We waited a long time for our order but the ppl ordering were so nice to speak with. One gentleman was from Dedham and that's not far from where we live. He missed how New Englanders say "South Shore". The food was worth the wait. Thanks to our brother for suggesting this wonderful place. I'm stuffed.“

“I came here with my coworkers specifically looking to support a black owned business. After the place we originally chose was closed, we went to a fusion place but left because they were not serving the type of food we were looking for, nor they even acknowledge we were there for nearly 10 minutes. We then continued to search on google and found Auntie Adrienne’s which was just a short walk away! As soon as we walked in we were greeted with friendly and welcoming staff. They took the time to explain the menu and were patient, answering all of our questions. We were disappointed that there was no dine-in BUT the food was well worth it! We ordered the lemon pepper & sweet chili chicken wings, cheese fries, all the sides, and 2 desserts- banana pudding and strawberry shortcake. The food took a while before it was ready so we eagerly rushed back to the office to eat. Everything we ordered was awesome and so delicious! I took my left overs home for my daughters to try and my 9 years old said the wings were ‘fire’ lol. My older daughter took one bite of the smack-n- cheese and she immediately asked me where I got the food from and asked to get more. I wish I knew about this place sooner. I will definitely be going back!“

“We had made Casa Di Lisa our date night spot when we travel to Agawam! We aren’t locals, we travel over a hour and half. We come here twice a year and we are never disappointed around our meals! The food is great and the prices are amazing for the amount of food they give you. We usually get the chicken parmesan however I think I should try another dishes as looking around all the dishes look so good! They have a yummy dessert menu too! Every time I’ve been here there was a man singing songs in Italian which makes the place even more special!!! Excellent job to the staff team at Casa Di Lisa! “Highly recommend Captain Jacks in Easthampton, MA. Lobster roll is enormous, not smothered in mayo or other heavy sauces. Very tender. Fried claims/colhogs are lightly fried, no sand, great portion. I keep going back because no one can beat them.“

“Joy Bowl is a fantastic chain, and I'm extremely happy we have it in Western Massachusetts. Staff is always welcoming and kind, and will help you craft your bowl (either from their pre-set menu, or with the make your own bowl option). I am often shocked by how high quality their salmon is, and I absolutely recommend getting salmon and/or tuna in your bowl depending on your desire.My bowl usually consists of some deviation of:White rice, tuna, salmon, pineapple, seaweed salad, masago, tamago (Japanese egg), green onion, sweet onion, unagi sauce (sweet eel sauce), shoyu sauce, garlic topping, and tempura topping. They have a plethora of options, and you can build your bowl however you'd like!Their East Longmeadow location has great serving portions, especially compared to comparable poke establishments in the area (which can be up to 2x smaller for the same price).Establishment has consistently been clean and well-kept, and the location is newly built/renovated, so the atmosphere is lovely. Spacious area to dine-in for, though the take-out option (and delivery option) is also appropriate here (the quality here will not decrease if you take it to-go).Take note of their new bubble tea options, which they recently began offering at the East Longmeadow location. Western Massachusetts is in a bubble tea drought (with very few acceptable options), so Joy Bowl offering solid bubble tea is exciting.I frequent Joy Bowl often and their quality has remained consistent and fantastic since their opening. It's my pleasure to rate them 5*!Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian selection, especially considering the option to craft your own bowl. “My wife and I dined with another couple on a quiet Wednesday evening. She had the Lasagna, and I had the Eggplant Parmesan. Growing up in an Italian household, I am very fussy about Italian food. The food was exquisite. Nini's is not inexpensive, but it is worth every penny. The restaurant staff and facilities are also top notch. We highly recommend Nini's.“

“We had my son’s 1st birthday party at The Boathouse today. As usual the staff was absolutely amazing and above and beyond accommodating. Erica was an extraordinary server. We had absolutely everything we needed at all times. Drinks at all times, tables constantly cleared and clean and more. Kerri was wonderful to book and coordinate with and helpful every step of the way. The food was so delicious as always. We’re so grateful for the beautiful party we had today! “Hands down had the BEST waitress ever, (I hope I am spelling her name right), Rizza, her personality added to making our experience even better.HOWEVER- the bartender (Saturday 3/2 night) had the WORST attitude ever! (I also bartend and waitress)She didn’t even acknowledge me while I was the ONLY person at the bar, I let it slide, after a few minutes the manager came over and asked if I had been helped, (mind you I was apart of a huge party in the back, and I arrived late, so I went to the bar to grab my husband , myself and our other 2 friends drinks, we are all over 40yrs old) she snapped back at me with the continued attitude, saying they needed to know who the drinks were going to. I replied I can go get their IDs, she said then told me you need to just order through your waitress.That’s fine and I understood, YET did NOT understand why I was getting SO much attitude from her.I can’t remember ever being treated like that from any bartender/server in my life.Point being, don’t go to the bar!!!
